Companies that offer their services at different fees for different countries are known as regional pricing providers, like Spotify. Spotify Premium, for instance, can only cost $2 per month in Turkey but might cost $10 per month in the US.

Is it safe to use our services?

It is safe and legal to use Digitoid to purchase products or subscriptions at a reduced cost. Our products and services are not gained through theft or unlawful means; rather, we obtain them through regional pricing, which complies with all applicable laws and regulations and does not violate the agreements set forth by service providers.

Do we provide full warranty?

Yes, as these products are hosted by us, we offer a complete warranty for the entire duration of your subscription.

Which payment options are available?

We’re accepting Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe), Venmo & Crypto on our website.

How can I use PayPal to make a payment?

Please contact us over Telegram or Discord before ordering to make Paypal payment.

Do you store payment information?

No, we do not store any payment information.

How are Card payments made?

For credit and debit card payments, we utilize Stripe as our payment processor. Since Stripe processes card payments on our behalf, we are unable to view any personal information you may provide when making a transaction.

Is it safe to share login information with us?

We only ask for login information if you want to upgrade or buy premium on your personal account. We simply log-in, purchase the subscription and log-out. We also remove the login information from our side. You can change the password afterwards.

When will products or subscriptions be delivered?

We strive to provide your products and services promptly through our round-the-clock support team. Products and subscriptions are typically delivered within 30 minutes of purchase, although it sometimes takes up to 24 hours. We will be pleased to help you from there if you have made a purchase and have not received your item within a day or more. Please get in touch with our support service right away.

What is the refund policy that we follow?

Refunds are not given for orders that are successful. Refunds are only given in exceptional situations, as when a product or subscription is delivered with a technical problem.
